Terms of service

These terms govern use of Workdome, provided by Daiviksoft Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Daivik Tech"), Kochi, Kerala, India. Where a signed agreement exists between us and your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

The service

Workdome is a multi-tenant software service covering CRM, HR and Finance. We provide it on a subscription basis, and we may change or improve it over time; we will not remove a materially relied-upon capability without notice to affected customers.

Accounts and access

Your administrators decide who has an account and what each person may see. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions taken under your organisation's accounts. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Your data

You own the data you put into Workdome. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not use customer data to train models for other customers, and we do not sell it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's data or to circumvent access controls.
• Do not probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission — tell us instead and we will arrange it.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability and perform maintenance with notice where it is planned. Any specific uptime commitment is the one written into your agreement with us; nothing on this page creates one.

Fees

Subscription fees, billing period and renewal terms are set out in your order or agreement. Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement between us. On termination you may export your data; after the export window we delete it, except where law requires us to retain it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
